1. Who is responsible

2. What we process

About guests
When a host creates a guest list, we process what the host enters about guests: name, phone number or email, their reply, a personal code and QR code, and check-in time. We only use it to send, display and manage the invitation for that event, based on our legitimate interest in providing the service the host requested (Art. 6(1)(f)). Guests never receive marketing from us. Invitations are sent from the host's own phone through apps the host chooses.
3. Who we share data with
We never sell data. We use these processors, who may only process data on our instructions:

Transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
4. Retention
- Account, events and guest lists: as long as your account exists or until you delete the event.
- When you delete your account: account, events, guest lists, images and balance are deleted immediately. Backup copies are erased automatically within 30 days.
- Purchase receipts: kept by Apple and Google. We keep only accounting records required by law (up to 5 years).
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Guests have the same rights. Email support@nuroink.dk; we reply within 30 days. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), datatilsynet.dk.
6. Security
All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted. Database rules ensure users can only see their own events and events they co-host. If a breach is likely to harm you, we notify Datatilsynet within 72 hours and you as soon as possible.
7. Children
Invite Green is not directed at children. You must be at least 18 to create an account and buy invitations.
8. Cookies
invitegreen.com uses no analytics or advertising cookies. The app uses no advertising tracking.
9. Changes
We update this policy when the app changes. The date at the top shows the latest change.
